Our planned April 20th, 2024 Caribbean Dance Cruise has been postponed till a future date.
Royal Caribbean cruise line has had a stronger than normal early booking of the "Adventure of the Seas" ship, and just advised us that unless we have a group of 40 or more individuals ready to book today, they cannot guarantee a committed, ongoing, evening dance space for our Carolina Dance Club Group in April 2024.
Since our dancers have just began booking their cruise as individuals, and not as one large CDC group, they will not honor their original dance space commitment.
We look forward to us announcing a future Caribbean dance cruise that we will book early, and as a large group to secure our evening dance space. IMPORTANT!! When booking, please indicate you are with the Carolina Dance Club Group. This is important to establish our numbers attending, and future cruise update communication.
EVENING DANCE SOCIALS: Based on our attendance, we will cater each evenings social dancing to our dancers tastes. Each nights social dancing will be 1 & 1/2 to 2 hours long. We will be featuring ballroom, Latin and swing music. As we get closer to the departure date, we will firm up the music schedule. Example: Each night - one hour of mixed ballroom/latin, one hour of mixed swing. If you have suggestions, let us know.
